API Tap Water Purifier

API Tap Water Purifier is a purifier and not a reverse osmosis system. This system will remove all heavy metals, chlorine, phosphates and silicates. It consists of a deioniser, carbon and ioniser and has a removable cartridge which can be replaced. Unlike traditional reverse osmosis, the big bonus of this unit is that it does not waste any water.

The API Tap water purifier produces between 50-150 gallons of water and comes fully assembled ready to be attached to a tap for making aquarium water. The usage per cartridge is dependent on the quality if water in your area.

  ive used these for quite some time and have found this to be a great unit for creating aquarium water. Although it doesnt remove remove everything it does remove all the harmful products such as chlorine and heavy metals. This is enough for me as the filter and water changes does the rest.   john peel
