Aquamedic Biobacter is a bacteria culture to start new biological filters, revitalise filters and for improving the nitrification and de-nitrification in new freshwater or saltwater aquaria. Aquamedic Biobacter consists of freeze-dried living bacterial cultures and can be added to your new tank set-up to rapidly initiate the nitrogen cycle. This product can also be used to reactivate a damaged bacterial population in your aquarium, for example after using medication. Aquamedic Biobacter can also be used to speed up the maturation of anaerobic nitrate filters. This product contains 1 vial of bacteria culture plus 1 tube of nutrient tablets for the bacteria. One set of Aquamedic Biobacter is suitable for an aquarium of up to 250 litres.
