| Delivery InformationHere at onlineaquariumstore.com we want to provide you with the largest range posssible so you can buy all your goods in one place and save on the shipping. Our goal is to get you the products you want at the lowest prices!
If all the items are in stock we will ship on the same working day. If we do not have them in stock we will bcak order them from our suppliers.
| Shipping TypesWe recycle all the boxes from the local community to help reduce landfill and as a result you may recieve some strange packaging. If you want non recycled packaging please email us and we will send you your goods in our branded packaging.
Item types and packaging information
Small items, Plants - sent via Satchel
Normal packages - Sent with at least 2 box thickness and protective packing
Tanks - Due to the courier companies not accepting responsibility for glass, all tanks above 1ft are shipped on a pallet. The pallet charge ranges between FREE on some Tanks to £10 - £25 on others. This can usually be checked by going through the check out process and it will calculate it before it asks for payment. We understand that this is annoying charge but it ensures that your tank will arrive safe and sound and will save you the effort of lugging a heavy tank from a shop. We are doing our best to reduce this or find an alternative packaging method which will meet the job. | Back OrdersWe hold many lines but have over 9000 products available so are unable to hold everything. If in the event we need to order your product we have regular deliveries from our suppliers and it will usually be under 7 working days.
Products are shipped on the same day they arrive in store. | Same Day ShippingIf all items in your shopping basket are indicated to be same day shipping we will aim to ship them the same day if ordered before 2 pm. If an item is not indicated to be same day shipping the order will normally be shipped in 1- 6 working days. Working days are monday to friday.

We do not ship tanks or frozen goods on fridays as we do not want them sittingin a wharehouse over the weekend | Shipping by brandHere is a list of estimated shipping times broken down by brands if we do not have have stock, please note we ship the same day they come in. All other brands not mentioned are held by large wholesalers who we get resupplied regularly though the week. If one wholesaler is out of stiock we can usually get it through another a few days later. Days are working days
Aqua One - If not in stock - 2 days to 2 weeks. If your item is backordered we will notify you via the customer tracking system
Aqua Medic - If not in stock - 3 days to 2 weeks. Good amount of stock and new systems being put in place to speed up fulfillment
Aquatronica - If not in stock - 7 days max
Betta - If not in stock - All small items are usually in stock, marine tanks can be a problem but we alway have them on back order with them and get them as soon as they are available. If there are delays we will notify you asap
Deltec - If not in stock - Deltec ship from germany and can take up to 2-3 weeks
Giesmann - If not in stock - Giesmann ship from germany and can take up to 2-3 weeks
JBL - If not in stock - JBL ship from germany and can take up to 1-2 weeks
OASE - If not in stock - Oase can take up to 2 weeks
TMC - If not in stock - Quite good and are usually restocked weekly
Sera - If not in stock - Sera ship from germany and can take up to 1-2 weeks
Tunze - If not in stock - DREADFUL!! If you want their kit youll have to be patient and it will get here when tunze can be bothered to make it! We work really hard to get their stuff, its just a lot on phone calls hasstling them. So please be patient with us when it comes to tunze
