JBL pH-Minus is a pH/CH reducer. (CH is emitted from the production and transport of fossil fuels, the decomposition of organic wastes, and from raising livestock. As a greenhouse gas, its ability to trap heat is 21 times more than CO2.)

JBL pH-Minus is a phosphate free water treatment to safely reduce the pH lavels in aquariums. Any pH influence, however, should be tested regularly with a pH test kit. JBL pH-Minus also promotes good fish health with oak extract. Before the use of JBL pH-Minus, the CH level should be checked and adjusted if neccesary to 4-8 degrees GCH (With JBL AquaDur Plus). TO check if you have lime content in your stones, you would add just a few drops of pH-Minus to the stone. Any develoment of foam will indicate a level of lime present.
