 Penn Plax Air Pumps come in 2 main varieties. The Penn Plax AirTech is a basic air pump priced for the basic air pump market. These units are well made and provide a fairly quiet environment.
The other Penn Plax Air Pump is the air pod which is a new design based on giving you the quietest air pump available. The motor is suspended off the dome which is further dampened by rubber feet. These are an excellent design and would certainly accompany any modern aquarium design. |
