Prodibio Bio Reef Kit (Pack of 30 ampoules). Prodibio Bio Reef Kit is a combination pack of five bio digest, five reef booster, five bio trace, five iodi+ and stronti+ solutions.
Prodibio Bio Digest is a supplement to marine tanks, which biologically improves the water quality by digesting waste matter, establishes biological filtration systems and contains nine optimally proportioned strains selected nitrifying and nitrate/phosphate reducing heterotrophic bacteria, including Paracoccus denitrificans and Pseudomonas stuzerii. These bacteria perform complementary functions such as cleaning the soil and filters, purifying the water, reducing nitrates and phosphates and preventing algal growth. By competing for food they also prevent the proliferation of pathogenic organisms, hence reducing the risk of unexplained diseases. To readjust to the optimal proportions of each bacterial strain add one ampoule of Prodibio Bio Digest every fortnight for up to 1,000 litres of water. If you wish to speed up the purification process do not increase the dose, but use more frequently, for example every week.
Prodibio Bio Trace is a marine tank supplement composed of concentrated essential trace elements which speeds up biological activities in your marine ecosystem. Bio Trace speeds up the reproduction of purifying bacteria and the production of aquarium waste digesting enzymes by up to 10 times. Prodibio Bio Trace also includes Sulphur for protein production, Iron for healthy plants and use in fish blood, Cobalt for B vitamins and Boron which is used during tissue building and organic breakdown. In aquariums essential trace elements needed for all biological activities are consumed by all of the living organisms and neutralised or eliminated by the skimmer and activated charcoal. The decomposition of waste products in the tank water also eliminates a significant number of trace elements, leading to a trace element deficiency. This may reduce and even stop all bacterial activities and slow down the purification process, which could result in stagnant water, visible by the proliferation of algae, lifeless fish and stunted plants.

Prodibio Reef Booster is an enriched combination of essential nutritional supplements for the development of invertebrates in your marine tank. Prodibio Reef Booster is particularly important for the growth of symbiotic algae-bearing corals, such as Zooxanthellae and the larvae of crustaceans, molluscs and bivalves. Corals use the Omega-3 fatty acids of Prodibio Reef Booster to stabilise the chloroplastids in which photosynthesis of zooxanthellae takes place, and also to prevent bleaching. The most noticeable effects of adding this supplement are the expansion of hermatypical corals, such as Plerogyra and Euphyllia, and the deployment of ahermatypical polyps, for example in Scleronephtya, Tubastraea, when food is present. The effects of this supplement on their development are visible after only a few weeks.
Prodibio Reef Booster also contains phospholipids, amino acids, marine type fatty acids, vitamins and carotenoids.

Prodibio Iodi+ is an iodine supplement for reef aquarium. Iodine is a very important trace element in marine aquariums. Invertebrates need iodine for their colouration and for adapting to lighting variations. Prodibio Iodi+ helps combat coral bleaching and neutrals the excess oxygen produced by zooxanthellae under excessive lighting. Iodine is absorbed by the algae and invertebrates in the aquarium, eliminated by the protein skimmer and activated carbon, and by dispersion into the atmosphere. Prodibio Iodi+ is an iodine/iodide compound that contains all the forms of iodine required for coral development and colouration. One ampoule of Prodibio Iodi+ contains 76 mg of iodine. This allows you to control the quantity of Iodine you are adding in your tank.

Prodibio Stronti+ contains strontium which is an essential trace element in the reef aquarium environment. Prodibio Stronti+ stimulates growth in hard corals and assists in the development of the red calcareous algae that thrive on live rock. This organism fixes strontium in its skeleton along with calcium, so the strontium demand is constant in a reef aquarium environment and it is rapidly depleted. Prodibio Stronti+ adds all the strontium needed for healthy growth of coral, clams, and limestone algae. Each capsule contains 130 mg of strontium. This allows you to control the quantity of strontium that you are adding to your tank. In a reef aquarium, the strontium diminishes proportionally with the calcium, so you can gauge the strontium demand by measuring the calcium content.
