Prodibio Iodi+ is an iodine supplement for reef aquarium. Iodine is a very important trace element in marine aquariums. Invertebrates need iodine for their colouration and for adapting to lighting variations. Prodibio Iodi+ helps combat coral bleaching and neutrals the excess oxygen produced by zooxanthellae under excessive lighting. Iodine is absorbed by the algae and invertebrates in the aquarium, eliminated by the protein skimmer and activated carbon, and by dispersion into the atmosphere. Prodibio Iodi+ is an iodine/iodide compound that contains all the forms of iodine required for coral development and colouration. One ampoule of Prodibio Iodi+ contains 76 mg of iodine. This allows you to control the quantity of Iodine you are adding in your tank.
Average dose: 1 ampoule per 400 litres every two weeks.
