Sera GVG-Mix is a specialy formulated iodine rich flake food with tasty morsels. This is a very special flake as it is made up of 80% marine algae, ground krill and plankton and the remaining 20% is freeze dried blood worm, daphnia and brine shrimp. Sera GVG-Mix is an iodine rich food and will therefore prevent diseases of the thyroid gland and thus should be fed at least once a week for optimum results.
